RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only when the fulfillment partner is at fault (delivery failure, damaged, missing, or incorrect items). All requests must be made within 90 days of payment.
Damaged Products
Please report any damaged items within 30 days of delivery. To process your request, we require photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Delayed Orders
A full refund is available if tracking shows no movement for more than 45 days (US orders) or 60 days (International orders).
Process
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
